The photogrammetry systems are used as a portable 3D Coordinate Measuring System (CMM) for point measurement and it allows inspection and quality control in the same plant. The system consists only of a camera so it can be easily transported to where the measurement needs to be taken in order to avoid having to move the objects to the editing rooms or metrology laboratories.
